A registered architect and founding partner of Design Development with over thirty years of design and development experience Ron has been responsible for the design, oversight, and contract management of over $ 1 billion dollars of residential, retail, mixed-use, commercial, and multifamily development projects. A critical component of the firm’s success is Ron’s relationship with both staff and clients. Ron strives not only to make each employee feel like an integral part of the business by acknowledging and rewarding their contribution to the firm’s viability but also to make each client feel as if their project is his firm’s primary focus, paying careful attention to the delicate balance between their vision, budget, and schedule to ensure a successful end result.

Prior to starting Design Development in 2005, Mr. Hoina worked at several large architectural firms in the tristate area successfully overseeing projects ranging in size from 50, 000 - 750, 000 square feet, as well as managing design teams and corporate and industrial design studios in the Northeast.
